I make sure that your home is marketed to its highest potential with beautiful photos and accurate descriptions. Skill: Pricing is important. I prepare a comparative market analysis to help my sellers price their property to sell and to help my buyers decide on an offer. Once an offer is made, my strong negotiating skills take over. I work hard on behalf of my clients to meet their goals as if I were purchasing or selling my own property.
Technology: By using the latest technological tools, I am able to respond quicker to inquiries, reach more buyers for my listings, and communicate more effectively.
